The Xclusive Yachts group
Founded in 2006, Xclusive Yachts is Dubai's largest luxury charter operator with 110+ vessels ranging from powerboats to 155ft superyachts. Over 1 million guests have stepped onto our boats. The school exists to move new skippers into that ecosystem — from your first RYA course through boat ownership, boat club membership, and if you want it, a career on the water.
Instructors
Every course is delivered by an RYA qualified instructor. Our lead instructors have thousands of sea miles across the UAE, Mediterranean and Atlantic. The 1:3 ratio isn't a marketing line — it's how we teach.
Career pathway
Once qualified, you can progress to RYA Intermediate, Advanced Powerboat, VHF, Day Skipper and beyond. Owners can join the Xclusive Boat Club for access to the fleet without buying. Ambitious skippers can transition into paid charter work — we hire from our own alumni.
